Our Team
Azwan started his career as an auditor and corporate recovery consultant with Ernst & Young Malaysia. He possesses 15 years of experience in assurance, advisory, and consultation.
Azwan established Progredior Consulting, a Kuala Lumpur-based management consulting outfit, where he currently serves as a Managing Partner, providing consultation to his corporate clients in policy research, strategic communications, stakeholder advocacy, and project funding.
He is currently Chairman of Halal Development Corporation Berhad, an agency under Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry as well as Chairman of VSolar Group Berhad and mTouche Technology Berhad, companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
He holds a Master's Degree in Management from Open University Malaysia and attended the leadership course at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Massachusetts. He obtained a BSc Accounting degree from Cardiff University of Wales.
Ramelle has more than 10 years’ experience in engineering & project management, waste management, and tourism development. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of SUKE TV and also Chairman at RH Consortium Sdn. Bhd.
He is also currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at ARK Resources Holdings Berhad, a public-listed company that operates as an integrated construction house providing a range of engineering and construction services.
Ramelle was once held a position as the Founder of Animation Theme Park Sdn. Bhd. He was also the Chairman and Director of Marina Island Development Sdn. Bhd., General Environmental Solution Sdn. Bhd. (GE Solution), and R-Segari Group Sdn. Bhd. He is also the founder of the PROSEM Tuition Center located in the city of Aceh, Indonesia. This tuition center is a collaboration with 'Global Peace Malaysia' and was officially opened on 29 July 2007.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the American Intercontinental University of London.
Ikhwan is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of Progredior Capital, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
He was in Pos Malaysia Berhad for various roles, including Special Officer to Group CEO, AVP eCommerce Strategy, and Head of eCommerce. While in Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad, as SVP, his portfolio covers Corporate Strategy & Communications, focusing on designing and executing the company's strategy and direction, fund raising as well as stakeholder relations & communications for MDV.
Ikhwan started off his career in KPMG Malaysia in Audit & Assurance while pursuing his professional certification in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Throughout his stint in assurance, his focus is majorly in banking, petrochemical, and oil & gas field.
He is a graduate of B. Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara and a Chartered Accountant by qualification from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
